When you create an account by registering, creating a registry, making a purchase, sending a gift, or using any feature that requires account registration, you agree that:

(i) You will provide a valid, accurate, and current email address and any other information requested during registration.

(ii) Where applicable, you will create and maintain a secure username and password.

(iii) All information you provide will be truthful, complete, accurate, and not misleading.

(iv) You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password.

(v) You accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your account, whether or not such activities have been authorized by you.

(vi) You will protect the confidentiality of any other user’s account information that you may access through the Platform.

(vii) You will notify Coin2GiftCard immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account or any other security breach.

(viii) You will not use the Platform or its Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, prohibited, or unauthorized purpose, or in any manner that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and preventing unauthorized access to your account. Coin2GiftCard shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account.

Coin2GiftCard Platform Services

The Coin2GiftCard Platform enables users to purchase Gift Cards for themselves or others, or contribute funds toward a shared Gift Card through a Group Gift for a designated recipient (the “Recipient”). References to “User” or “Users” in these Terms include any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Platform.

Gift Cards may be delivered electronically to the Recipient via email or through any other delivery method supported by the Platform. The availability, use, redemption, expiration, and any restrictions applicable to a Gift Card are governed solely by the terms and policies of the respective Merchant. Users are responsible for reviewing and complying with the applicable Merchant’s terms before purchasing or redeeming a Gift Card.

Where available, Users may create a Coin2GiftCard account to access certain features of the Platform. However, some purchases or contributions may be completed without creating an account, where permitted by the Platform. To complete a transaction, you may be required to select a Recipient, specify the Gift Card value or contribution amount, provide any required information, and complete the applicable checkout process.

All Gift Card purchases and contributions must be made using a payment method accepted by the Platform. Accepted payment methods may include payments from supported Web3 wallets, Bitcoin (BTC), Litecoin (LTC), and any other cryptocurrencies or digital assets that Coin2GiftCard may support from time to time. Coin2GiftCard reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at its sole discretion.

Your account credentials and unique User ID are personal to you and must not be shared with or used by any other person or entity. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account and for all activities conducted through it. If you become aware of any unauthorized access, suspected compromise, or other security incident involving your account, you must notify Coin2GiftCard immediately. Failure to do so may result in delays in resolving the issue and may affect your eligibility for certain remedies.

Although the Platform enables you to purchase or contribute toward the purchase of Gift Cards, Coin2GiftCard’s role is limited to facilitating the payment transaction and, where applicable, the delivery of the Gift Card. Your transaction with Coin2GiftCard relates solely to the payment you make for the Gift Card and any applicable Platform fees.

Coin2GiftCard does not control, supervise, or guarantee the actions of Recipients, Merchants, or other Users of the Platform. Accordingly, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Coin2GiftCard shall not be liable for any loss, damage, claim, or expense arising out of or relating to:

(i) your participation in a Group Gift;

(ii) the delayed, failed, or incorrect delivery of any Gift Card, product, or service;

(iii) any defect, quality issue, availability, or suitability of any product or service supplied by a Merchant;

(iv) any express or implied warranty made or breached by a Merchant; or

(v) a Merchant’s refusal or failure to honor or redeem a Gift Card.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Coin2GiftCard’s total liability arising from any claim relating to a Gift Card or the Platform shall not exceed the lesser of:

(i) the amount paid by you for the applicable Gift Card; or

(ii) the face value of the applicable Gift Card.

All dealings, communications, and transactions between you and any Merchant, Recipient, or other User are solely between the parties involved. Coin2GiftCard is not responsible for any changes to a Merchant’s Gift Card terms, redemption policies, pricing, availability, expiration dates, or any other conditions that may occur after a Gift Card has been purchased or contributed toward.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Coin2GiftCard does not issue Gift Cards. Each Merchant is solely responsible for issuing, honoring, redeeming, and fulfilling its Gift Cards and for providing the associated goods or services.

Coin2GiftCard has no obligation to investigate, mediate, or resolve disputes between Users, Recipients, or Merchants. Any such dispute must be resolved directly between the applicable parties.

If you initiate, participate in, or become involved in any dispute relating to your use of the Platform, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Coin2GiftCard, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”) from and against any and all third-party claims, actions, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, settlements, penalties, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising directly or indirectly from such dispute.

The Platform may allow you and other Users to submit, upload, transmit, or otherwise provide information, comments, messages, images, reviews, or other materials (“Content”). You acknowledge that Coin2GiftCard does not routinely monitor, verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, legality, or reliability of User Content. By submitting Content, you grant Coin2GiftCard the right to use, process, store, reproduce, analyze, and display such Content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, improving, securing, and administering the Platform, as further described in our Privacy Policy.

Coin2GiftCard reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any User account or access to the Platform if we determine that a User has violated these Terms, applicable law, or engaged in conduct that may harm the Platform, its Users, Merchants, or third parties. Without limiting the foregoing, an account may be suspended or terminated if a User:

(i) submits unlawful, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harassing, fraudulent, hateful, discriminatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable Content;

(ii) uploads or distributes sexually explicit material;

(iii) engages in conduct that may constitute a criminal offense or give rise to civil liability;

(iv) violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation;

(v) distributes spam, unsolicited communications, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or unauthorized advertising;

(vi) infringes or misappropriates any patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, or other intellectual property right;

(vii) uploads viruses, malware, malicious code, or any software intended to disrupt, damage, or interfere with the operation or security of the Platform;

(viii) posts or republishes another person’s Content without authorization or proper attribution; or

(ix) engages in any other conduct that Coin2GiftCard reasonably determines, in its sole discretion, to be harmful to the Platform, its Users, or its business operations.

If you believe any Content or User activity violates these Terms, you may report it through the support channels available on the Platform. Coin2GiftCard will review all reports in good faith; however, we reserve the sole and absolute discretion to determine whether a violation has occurred and what action, if any, will be taken.
