Sterling Holidays Gift Card

Terms & Conditions: • The Gift Card is redeemable only on the Sterling Holidays website for making a room reservation only. • The Gift Card can be used only for booking stays on the link provided to redeem on the Sterling Holidays website. • The Gift Card cannot be redeemed directly at Sterling resorts or any other platform. • The Gift Card cannot be used for direct purchase at the resort of services like food and beverage, spa, activities, banquet, transfers, sightseeing, retail purchases, third-party services or incidental expenses. • The Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. • Only one Gift Card can be used per transaction. • The Gift Card cannot be cancelled, refunded, exchanged for cash or reloaded. • Any booking using gift card will be non-refundable. • Multiple transactions can be performed using the Gift Card until the balance is exhausted. • If the booking value exceeds the Gift Card value, the balance amount must be paid online through an accepted payment method. • The Gift Card is a cash-equivalent bearer card. Sterling Holidays will not be responsible for lost, stolen or unauthorized use of the Gift Card. • The Gift Card is valid only for booking stays and on the Sterling Holidays website. The gift card is not applicable on package booking, MICE or Corporate CUG booking. • The Gift Card cannot be used for bookings made through OTAs, travel portals, travel agents, intermediaries, corporate rates, group rates, discounted rates, contracted rates or commissionable bookings. • No cash refund or replacement will be provided against expired Gift Cards. • The Gift Card cannot be combined with any other promotion, offer, discount, or benefit unless specifically stated. • Gift Cards purchased against a specific holiday package can be redeemed only against that package. • The minimum Gift Card value is ₹1,000 and the maximum Gift Card value is ₹50,000 per Gift Card. • The Gift Card will be delivered to the recipient’s email address as entered at the time of purchase unless delivery is scheduled for a later date. • Gift Card balance and validity can be checked by sending BAL Card Number to 9963900600 from the registered mobile number. • Sterling Holidays reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time. • All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, India. • For queries, customers may write to crs@sterlingholidays.com or call 9003302727.
