Oberoi Hotels & Resorts e-Gift Card is Issued by Pine Labs Pvt. Ltd. The e-Gift Card can be purchased for variable denomination ranging between minimum value of Rs. 5000 and maximum Rs. 10,000. The e-Gift Card mail has to be presented at the time of availing a service at the participating hotels. The e-Gift Card can be redeemed for Spa experiences by resident guests at the participating hotels and resorts. Multiple transactions can be performed on an e-Gift Card until the value of the card is exhausted. For redemption of e-Gift Card one-time password will be sent to receiver’s mobile number shared at the time of purchase of the e-Gift Card. The e-Gift Card may be used only at participating Oberoi Hotels & Resorts and Trident Hotels in India. The e-Gift Card balance must be used within one year of the date of issue. Any unused balance will expire after one year from the date of issue. The cardholder may request for the revalidation of the expired gift card. Upon receipt of such request the gift card may be revalidated after due verification and maybe subject to additional terms and conditions. The e-Gift Card cannot be transferred for balance value or redeemed for cash. This e-Gift Card is cash equivalent. No refund, replacement or cash back would be considered against e-Gift Card. The e-Gift Card cannot be used for deposit, advance purchase or to secure or confirm a reservation. Any dispute shall be referred to Oberoi Hotels & Resorts and the decision of Oberoi Hotels & Resorts will be final. Subject to the foregoing, these terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts at New Delhi, India.
