Process for Enduser to use PAYCODE:

1. Enduser needs to inform to the outlet FSM (Fore Court Manager/Supervisor) for doing the DTP (Drive Track Plus) transaction using REFUEL Paycode.

2. Then FSM will enter the REFUEL Paycode in the DTP terminal of make verifone and take out the receipt.

3. After receipt is printed the customer will be given the fuel equivalent to the PAYCODE face value. The same amount will be mentioned in generated slip from DTP terminal.

4. Incase attendant is unware about the “REFUEL paycode application at terminal machine”, ONLY then End user needs to indicate below steps to attendant.

a. Machine type VX 520:

i. Press F1 (Non-Carded Transactions)

ii. Select Mobile Transactions

iii. Enter Paycode to complete transaction

b. Machine type VX680 / VX 675

i. Press 1 (Non-Carded Transactions)

ii. Select Mobile Transactions

iii. Enter Paycode to complete transaction

T&C for Paycode for End User

• Paycode has to be redeemed in full. Partial redemption will not be allowed.

• Multiple count of Paycodes can be clubbed in single bill.

• EGV redemption Limit per day, per fuel station, per end customer is 10 EGVs.

• End users are advised to visit Fuel station during non- pick hours (except 7am to 10am & 7pm to 9pm) for redeeming more than 2GVs.

• Paycode validity is 6 months from date of paycode issuance.

• Paycode is redeemable only during the validity period and the validity shall not be extended under any circumstances.

• Paycode will be accepted at select HPCL fuel stations.

• Paycode cannot be exchanged for cash or cheque or any other Paycode.

• The company will not be responsible for loss / misplace / theft of the paycode from the paycode holder, in any manner whatsoever.

• No duplicate paycode will be issued if this paycode is lost, misplaced or stolen.

• Purchases exceeding the value of this paycode should be settled by cash / card.

• In case of query related to paycode usage at HPCL fuel station by enduser, he needs to mention the city & fuel station name while calling up helpdesk number.
